During 21-Day Cleanse, you created a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. During the next phase–Post 21-Day Cleanse–you will build on that foundation. And you will expand on what you've learned during the 21-Day Cleanse, which will allow you to live a more "normal" yet healthy lifestyle.

During Post 21-Day Cleanse, you will:

Eat healthy. Fruits, vegetables, and lean meats continue to be the core of the Post 21-Day Cleanse.
   • View program food.

Introduce "new" foods (those not included in the 21-Day Cleanse). By eating wholesome food for three weeks, it will be clear how and which "new" foods will affect you. Carefully and systematically introduce each new food group. By keeping a food journal you will be able to track how these foods affect you.
