core of the Post 21-Day Cleanse. • View program food. •Introduce "new" foods (those not included in the 21-Day
Cleanse). By eating wholesome food for three weeks, it will be
clear how and which "new" foods will affect you. Carefully and
systematically introduce each new food group. By keeping a food journal
you will be able to track how these foods affect you. |
