WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE INITIAL VISIT AND HOW TO PROCEED AFTERWARDS:

INITIAL VISIT
Work on Foundation for Health – Gut, Liver, Brain, take recommended supplements
Example: Foundation Protocol designed to your specific needs

Eleanor will decide which of your current supplement to continue
Schedule your follow up

MORNING AFTER YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION
* Check morning saliva for Candida, email or call the office with the results. If your result is positive for Candida, you will need to order:

  • GI Synergy – take 1-packet A/P
  • GlutaShield (comes in Vanilla or Chocolate, let staff know which flavor you prefer when ordering) – take ½-scoop/D
* Stay on digestive enzymes (Zypan or HCL-Prozyme, and Enzycore) until your second visit. If you run out prior to your second visit, email or call the office to place an order.

SECOND APPOINTMENT (2-hours)
Work on “Fuel for Health” – Thyroid, Adrenal, Insulin, Hormones, Metals, Minerals
Review health status & supplements taken since the initial visit
Go over all lab results
Receive custom protocol, continue until you retest in 6-months. Eleanor may adjust during this time.
Check for foods/metals/chemicals/environmentals using results of all tests & Applied Kinesiology

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS (30-minutes or 1-hour, depending on client’s needs)
One month after starting custom protocol
Any time, schedule appointments to treat allergies with acupressure

RETESTS
Six months after starting custom protocol - retest Hair and Saliva – 1-hour appointment to review results and update protocol
One year after starting custom protocol - retest Blood, Hair, and Saliva – 1-hour appointment to review results and update the protocol

HEALTH RECORDS REVIEW & RECOMMENDATIONS/SUPPLEMENT RESEARCH – billable per 15-minutes – for review of health records and research of supplements obtained outside of Austin 3D Health

HOW DO I REFILL MY SUPPLEMENTS?

We accept orders via email (admin@austin3dhealth.com) or phone. You have the option of stopping by the office to pick your order up or we can ship it to you. Shipping addresses should be a recognized Postal Address or PO Box as we use Priority Mail for delivery.

Free Shipping for Orders: Orders with a balance of $50 or more receive free shipping and handling; orders less than $50 have an S&H fee of $15. Transit time for shipments within the Austin area is typically one-day if the order is placed by 11:30am. If you are outside of the Austin area the transit time is typically 2-3 days, depending on where you are located. We cannot overnight or add expedited shipping to orders.

When placing an order please provide the following:

Full name of the supplement – several of our supplements come in different forms (i.e. liquids/tabs), or milligrams. Eleanor has chosen the formulation which is best for you; including the full name will ensure we get the correct item in your order.
(e.g. “DHEA 5mg,” “DHEA 25mg,” “Trace Mineral Drop Complex,” “Trace Minerals B12,” “Ortho Biotic,” “Strengtia probiotic”)

Flavor preference, if applicable
(e.g. “Cal Mag Zinc Orange,” “GlutaShield Chocolate”)

Number of bottles needed of each supplement
If you will pick the supplements up, or would like the order shipped
* If your shipping address or credit card information has changed please provide the new info when placing the order.

* If you would like to pick up an order after office hours our building lobby is open until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Let the front desk staff know you will be picking up after hours and they can process the order on your preferred credit card, then leave your package on the table located to the left outside of our office door.

WHAT IF I HAVE A COLD/FLU?

Email or call the office with a description of your symptoms and when you began feeling sick. Please be as descriptive as possible, we do not mind! The staff will relay this information to Eleanor and get back to you with her recommendations. Once we have your approval to proceed with an order for any supplements she recommends, the items along with instructions can be shipped to you or you can have someone pick them up.”
