Eleanor’s current practice comes from integrating her medical knowledge as a registered nurse, acupressure techniques, applied clinical nutrition and Restorative Endocrinology™ training with her experience in business management in health and education. In 1974 she started working in and running operating rooms while studying complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). She has used that knowledge to develop wellness programs for hospitals and corporations and managed various profit and non-profit health care industry start-ups. Austin 3D Health was started in 2006.

Experience includes:

  • Currently owns Austin 3D Health providing Restorative Endocrinology™, Applied Clinical Nutrition, NAET: allergy elimination using acupressure and Acupoint Physical Medicine combined with whole food and herbal supplements and bio-identical hormones
  • Directed start-up strategy to establish a nationwide network of franchised health centers offering rejuvenation therapy, health management and wellness and detoxification programs
  • Developed a hospital strategic plan for a cultural and organizational change which improved performance and operational efficiency, measurably impacting profits, client satisfaction and employee morale
  • Managed start-up of Austin Smiles, a non-profit organization, that provides reconstructive surgery, primarily cleft lip and palate repairs for children of Austin, Texas and Latin America and completed over 2,500 surgeries by 2005. Still an active volunteer and has completed 21 surgical missions, 2012 Austin Smiles 25th Anniversary
  • Project Director for a statewide standards-based platform for collaborative delivery of telecom services and products, which included advanced education, telemedicine and community networking services
  • Managed start-up of the first free-standing Minor Emergency Center in the State of Texas: developed strategy for site location, emergency room design, scope of care and services, scheduling and budgeting for the build-out as well as management of all patient, vendor and employee relations
  • Developed and implemented Wellness Programs for major corporations
  • Directed the Stress Management Department for The Hills Fitness Center in Austin, Texas
  • Instructor for Austin Community College in Surgical Anatomy & Physiology and Operating Room Technicians
  • Managed hospital operating and recovery rooms in Houston and Austin, Texas
  • Assisted with start-up of a hospital cardiac rehabilitation center in Houston, Texas

Jen Stanley


Jen Stanley - Office Manager

Jen Stanley has worked in the holistic field for the past nine years lending administrative and clinic management support to practitioners of various modalities. She enjoys helping patients navigate the sometimes overwhelming task of following wellness protocols and staying on track in their mission of optimum health.

Outside of her regular nine to five, Jen studied photography and owned her own portrait and fine art business for five years. A handful of her images have been included in various publications. She also enjoys writing, with a few articles appearing in Method Press magazine. Jen continues to fill her free time weaving tales of fictional literature and dreaming of building an eco-friendly tiny house community one day.
 
Marianne Weidemann


Marianne Weidemann

Marianne Weidemann is a Certified Herbalist and Naturopath who enjoys working with essential oils and flower remedies. She has been interested in holistic healing for herself and others for over 25 years, and has shared that passion while running a practice of her own, along with managing many other practitioner's clinics.

As one of the first women allowed to attend Texas A&M University, Marianne earned a degree in Botany which she used to build a state of the art interiorscaping company, using alternate methods such as biological control for interior pests. During this time, she worked in conjunction with the Entomology Department at Texas A & M to ensure positive results with large clients, such as 3M.

In 2010 Marianne authored and published "The Simple Allergy Friendly Cookbook" along with her husband to help those in pursuit of delicious, healthy meals that are also mindful of food restrictions. Her main love is spending time with her family, especially her beautiful granddaughter Maya.


 

Lisa Paz

Lisa is an autonomous, hardworking, highly motivated and well seasoned individual seeking to make her mark on the world. Her satisfaction comes from knowing she has done the best job she can do and has positively affected the workplace.

Lisa currently works for Seton Healthcare Family as the HR/Training Coordinator, Organizational Development & Learning. At Seton Lisa provides research support for variety of Human Resources related issues along with assisting with the administration of Human Resources policies/procedures. Lisa also supports the implementation of Human Resources programs.

Along with Lisa's eight years of Human Resource experience she was employed with Austin Holistic Health as a Front Desk Receptionist, where she first met Eleanor McCulley. Lisa's experience below led her to join Eleanor at Austin 3D Health.

  • Welcomed patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Kept patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.
  • Maintained patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Contributed to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
